Paul Hummel has over 24 years of experience in transportation engineering and construction administration. Currently a senior vice president of Lawson-Fisher Associates, he is responsible for management and oversight of all transportation projects, field surveys and services during construction. Paul has a thorough understanding of the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) and its policies. In total, he has been project manager on over 65 INDOT projects. Paul received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana and Michigan.

Michael Johnston, a Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio, has over 35 years of experience in the areas of his primary responsibility: transportation, civil and general construction projects. He has managed highway and civil engineering projects from conceptual analysis and feasibility design to construction plan preparation. Michael has also managed highway and traffic design projects, supervised construction administration of Local Public Agency (LPA) Federal Aid transportation and bridge projects, and served as Design Project Engineer. He is a graduate of the Indiana Institute of Technology .

A Registered Professional Engineer in both Indiana and Michigan, Michael Guzik received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida. His duties and responsibilities at Lawson-Fisher Associates include project management, leading project team members and providing design technical expertise and other required guidance on a broad range of Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) projects. These have included highway geometric improvements, intersection and interchange layouts, signal designs, storm water collection and storage designs, and hydraulic modeling.

In addition to his responsibilities as a member of the Lawson-Fisher management team, Greg Holden is a Senior Structural Engineer with experience on a wide range of projects. These include dams, hydraulic and related structures, low-rise office, school and industrial buildings, new highway bridges, bridge rehabilitation, county bridge inspection, industrial piping and supports, heavy structural design for power plants and structural failure investigations. Holden, a graduate of Purdue University, is a Registered Professional Engineer in 3 states and a Registered Structural Engineer in Illinois. He has over 34 years of experience in the consulting business.

Thomas S. Sharp, P.E.

Senior Structural Engineer

Thomas Sharp is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of Indiana and Michigan who has been exclusively involved in bridge design on the county and state level since 1973. He has designed bridges of various types including steel, concrete and timber and his extensive experience has involved many Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) projects as well as those for local counties. Tom has also served as structural designer for many bridge rehabilitation projects. He is highly knowledgeable about INDOT requirements in addition to all code related details of AASHTO. Tom received his Bachelor and Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
