Piper Tittle is a Civil Engineer with over 16 years of experience in wastewater, water and resources. She holds bachelors and masters degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. Piper’s credentials include wastewater facilities planning, including sanitary and storm sewer analysis and design. Specific experience has included projects for the University of Notre Dame such as the 2001 Campus Sanitary and Storm Sewer Master Plan, the St. Mary’s Lake Storm Sewer Outfall Study, the engineering design for the Powerhouse sanitary sewer replacement and the design of the 36” diameter Notre Dame trunk sewer. Other project management activities ranged from planning and environmental permitting to sewer design.

Dennis Zebell is a Senior Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the fields of water resources, water and wastewater with specific expertise in the design and construction management of dams, levees, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water distribution, pumping stations and storm water management. Dennis has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and Colorado. Dennis has been involved in a significant number of dam rehabilitation projects for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) and the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) including the Goshen Pond Dam in Goshen, Indiana; the Sylvan Lake Dam in Rome City, Indiana; the Jimmerson Lake Dam near Angola, Indiana and the Koontz Lake Dam in Koontz Lake, Indiana. Dennis has also been involved in FERC regulated dam and hydroelectric facility analyses and studies. Mr. Zebell’s experience includes numerous storm, sanitary and water projects for various municipalities in the state of Indiana including the Town of Griffith, City of Mishawaka, City of South Bend, City of Goshen, Town of Highland and others.

A Certified Floodplain Manager, Sky Medors has excellent experience in the design and management of water resource projects. He has participated in both urban and rural hydrology and hydraulics projects and has been involved with the development of Emergency Action Plans for high hazard dams, including the testing and annual updating of these plans. Medors has likewise served as project manager for a variety of water resource projects from planning through design and construction phases. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio and an active member of many professional engineering associations. Sky received his degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.

Chris Jeter is a Civil Engineer with over 10 years of experience in water resources related projects, stormwater permitting for both municipal and private projects, and preparation of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents for transportation related projects with federal funding. Specific experience has included site civil design work (stormwater drainage and sanitary sewer) for the University of Notre Dame Melissa Cook Softball Stadium and hydraulic analysis of the South Race in Robert C. Beutter Park (Mishawaka, Indiana). A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Jeter is also a Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana and Michigan and is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).
